Patients may be eligible if they have: • A diagnosed medical condition lasting 3+ months • Inadequate response to conventional first-line treatments • Experienced unacceptable side effects from standard therapies • A condition recognized under TGA Special Access provisions Qualifying conditions may include chronic pain, epilepsy (certain forms), chemotherapy-related nausea, multiple sclerosis spasticity, and other TGA-approved conditions. Important: All prescriptions are subject to TGA approval under the Special Access Scheme (Category B) or Authorized Prescriber pathways. An initial consultation is required to assess eligibility.
