When to Seek Emergency Care

Call 000 Immediately For:

  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Sudden severe headache
  • Sudden weakness, numbness, or difficulty speaking (stroke signs)

  • Severe allergic reaction (swelling, difficulty breathing)
